From seven disconnected tools to one agency record

Fragmentation is an operating cost
A request that begins in WhatsApp can quickly spread across a GDS terminal, a spreadsheet, email, and an agent's memory. Each handoff creates another place for context to disappear.
The goal is not simply fewer tabs. It is one durable record that shows what the traveler asked for, who owns the next action, what was booked, and what changed.
Design the record around the journey
A connected operating model follows the traveler from inquiry through post-trip service.
- Attach every conversation to a client and an accountable owner.
- Keep proposal, booking, and document status visible in the same flow.
- Use notifications as prompts to refetch current data, not as a second source of truth.
- Measure revenue and performance from the operational record—not a parallel spreadsheet.
Start with the highest-friction handoff
Do not migrate every process at once. Find the handoff where your team repeats the most work—often inquiry to quote or booking to documentation—and connect that path first. A reliable route beats a broad but shallow rollout.
