Nomadly may handle account and agency details, authentication data, subscription and billing references, client and booking records, communication metadata, documents, settings, audit activity, and technical usage information needed to provide the service.

We use information to operate and secure the platform, provide requested features, manage subscriptions, support users, communicate service updates, meet legal obligations, and improve reliability.

Service providers and integrations

Nomadly uses infrastructure and service providers for hosting, databases, storage, payments, communications, AI workflows, analytics, and travel integrations. Data is shared only as needed to provide the relevant function and subject to applicable agreements.

Agency responsibilities

Each agency controls the traveler and client information it enters and is responsible for having an appropriate legal basis, giving required notices, and managing user access within its workspace.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the service, meet contractual or legal requirements, and resolve disputes. We use technical and organizational safeguards designed for the nature of the data, while no system can guarantee absolute security.
