Terms of Service
Last updated September 3, 2026. This page explains the baseline terms for using Nomadly.

Using Nomadly
You may use Nomadly only for lawful agency operations and in accordance with your subscription, authorized role, and these terms. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.

Agency data
You retain ownership of the information you submit. You grant Nomadly the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and display that information to provide the service and connected features.

Travel providers and third parties
Availability, fares, ticketing, payments, messaging, and other connected services may be supplied by third parties. Their terms and service availability may apply, and Nomadly does not control their independent systems.

Subscriptions and trials
Starter and Growth trials last 15 days and require a credit card before they begin. Unless cancelled under the applicable subscription flow, paid service begins after the trial. Yearly billing applies the displayed annual discount to the base price. Agency plans use custom terms.

Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operation, upload unlawful material, circumvent permissions, or use the service to violate the rights of travelers, agencies, or third parties.

Service changes and availability
We may improve or change the service over time. We work to keep Nomadly reliable but do not promise uninterrupted availability, particularly where service depends on external providers.
